Four Corners Store
Helena and George Blais owned and ran the Richmond Four Corner Store from 1964 through 1972. The store was a central meeting place for both long-time residents and summer vacationing families to meet and socialize. Helena Blais prepared homemade food each week and sold it at the store.
Helena and her family have put together a cookbook of all of the recipes she made over those years, including some of her German heritage recipes. The cookbook is available at the Richmond Public Library. All proceeds going to the Richmond Historical Society.
